Cami Berger, LCSW

Cami Berger completed her bachelor's degree in social work at Weber State University in 2016 and her master's degree in social work at Boise State University in 2018. She completed her fieldwork at UHHR and has continued serving our clients after completing her degree. Having expanded her training and knowledge of the torture treatment specialty since 2017, she is now our senior therapist within the specialty and has seen numerous complex cases. Cami has also helped to improve our clinical referral pathways and intake procedures. She was promoted to Clinical Services Coordinator in 2022, providing oversight of referrals, waitlist and intakes, and providing supervision of interns and clinical guidance to case managers. Cami aims to create a therapeutic environment where her clients feel safe and are able to begin the process of healing. She is thoughtful, compassionate and fierce advocate for her clients.
